Shona is half British and half French originally from London now living in Barcelona and speaks English, French and Spanish.

She originally studied Digital Arts and Photography, then worked for several years in primary education teaching English and yoga, before deciding to pursue a career in illustration. She then completed a Master’s Degree in Creative Illustration and decided to specialise in children’s books.

Shona loves to create cute and quirky characters and magical worlds to capture children’s imagination.

She also likes to write her own picture book stories and invent stories for her five year old son.
