Mardy (Marianna) is an Italian illustrator living in Naples.

 From a very young age Mardy was always inspired by her surrounding and to express herself carried her crayons wherever she went. Her subsequent artistic studies developed into a career in illustration.

She is especially fond of colour and shapes that help to create magical and cosy worlds that spark joy, comfort and curiosity in young and old alike.

Mardy is inspired by fairytales and fables from her childhood that she still reads.

 She loves rock music and animals particularly cats
